I'm a self-proclaimed Texanesian (half Texan and half Indonesian) who is thankful to have found a spiritual and physical practice in the form of yoga. Arm balances en route to seeking enlightenment? Come on - yoga's the best! :) Credential stuff: Studied at The Boston Conservatory, University of Houston, 200 hour teacher training, yin and CPR Certified.
